Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce Adjust according to heat preference
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss them well.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and Sriracha sauce.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer, cut-side down.
  2. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp-tender.
  3. Remove from the oven and drizzle the honey-Sriracha mixture over the top. Toss lightly.
  4. Optional: Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes for a sticky-glazed finish.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, add sesame seeds if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For milder spice, substitute Sriracha with chili garlic sauce or use maple syrup instead of honey. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for crispiness.
