Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to broil.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Brush the honey garlic mixture generously over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Cooking
  1. Slide the baking sheet into the oven and broil for about 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes
