- In a bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a stronger flavor).
Cooking
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Brush with more marinade during grilling for added flavor.
- Remove the salmon from the grill and garnish with additional cilantro and lime wedges.
