- Use your pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Crimp the edges if you like.
- Layer your sliced tomatoes evenly in the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the cheese mixture over your layered tomatoes, covering them well.
- Place your pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil for that extra touch!

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
