  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 piece pre-made pie crust A homemade crust can be used for a personal touch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Use your pre-made pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Crimp the edges if you like.
  3. Layer your sliced tomatoes evenly in the crust.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over your layered tomatoes, covering them well.
  6. Place your pie in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it sit for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil for that extra touch!

Notes

Store covered in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
