- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Slowly sprinkle in chia seeds while whisking continuously to prevent clumping.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries, reserving a few for garnish.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
- Once set, stir gently and serve in individual bowls. Top with additional raspberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of nuts.
Notes
Can be customized with different milk alternatives, sweeteners, and toppings. Best served chilled, but can also be enjoyed warm.
