  • 1 cup almond milk Can substitute with other plant-based milk.
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds Key for the pudding texture.
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries Reserve some for garnishing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  2. Slowly sprinkle in chia seeds while whisking continuously to prevent clumping.
  3. Gently fold in fresh raspberries, reserving a few for garnish.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. Once set, stir gently and serve in individual bowls. Top with additional raspberries, a drizzle of honey, or a sprinkle of nuts.

Notes

Can be customized with different milk alternatives, sweeteners, and toppings. Best served chilled, but can also be enjoyed warm.
