Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pcs ripe peaches, sliced Look for ripe and fragrant peaches for the best flavor.
  • 4 cups of water
  • 4 bags tea bags (black or green tea)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sugar (to taste) Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • as needed cups Ice cubes
  • as needed Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Remove the pot from heat and add the 4 tea bags. Let them steep for 5–7 minutes to achieve a robust flavor.
  3. While the tea is steeping, slice your ripe peaches. You can choose to blend them for a smoother texture if desired.
  4. After removing the tea bags, stir in your sliced peaches and sugar. Adjust the sugar depending on your sweetness preference.
  5. Allow the mixture to cool, then refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Fill a glass with ice cubes, pour the chilled peach tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Consider adding fresh mint leaves or peach slices for an aesthetic upgrade. For deeper flavor, let the peach tea sit overnight in the refrigerator. Avoid using overripe peaches, as they can lead to a mushy texture.
