  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as rosemary or thyme) For additional flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss in the chicken legs, ensuring each one is evenly coated.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken legs skin-side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let the chicken legs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, they can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or frozen for about 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
