Preparation

- Rinse the chicken legs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss in the chicken legs, ensuring each one is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken legs skin-side up on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake in preheated oven for approximately 35-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken legs rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, they can be refrigerated for up to 3-4 days or frozen for about 3 months. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
