Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. If using refrigerated pizza dough, let it come to room temperature for about 20 minutes.
  3. On a floured surface, stretch or roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x8 inches.
  4. Slice the dough into strips, about 1-inch wide.
  5. Take each strip, tie it into a knot, tucking the ends underneath, and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Making Garlic Butter
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt.
Baking
  1. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the knots.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and optional grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Serve warm or allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days or freeze for up to one month.
