Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a rough dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
  4. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls (about 8 pieces).
  5. Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a flat circle about 1/4 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each piece of rolled dough for about 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and puffed.
Serving
  1. Enjoy your delicious flatbreads warm, straight from the skillet!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container or wrap them in foil for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a hot skillet for about 15-30 seconds on each side.
