  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Use a small whisk or fork to stir the spices together until evenly mixed.
  4. Taste a small amount to check flavor and adjust the cayenne if needed.
  5. Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container for storage.

Notes

This seasoning has a shelf life of about six months when stored in an airtight container. For best flavor, use fresh. Great for tacos, burritos, and grilled vegetables.
