- Spread the seasoned carrot fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
For leftover fries, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a 400°F (200°C) oven for about 10 minutes.
