  • for frying oil Oil

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with soy sauce, green onions, cilantro, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
Assembly
  1. Carefully hold a wonton wrapper in your hand. Spoon about a tablespoon of the chicken mixture into the center. Moisten the edges of the wonton with a drop of water, fold it in half, and pinch the edges to seal. You can also form it into a taco shape if desired.
Cooking
  1. In a deep pan or large skillet, pour in enough oil for frying (about 1-2 inches deep) and heat over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Carefully add the wonton tacos to the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried tacos to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Serving
  1. Arrange the tacos on a platter and serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy the admiration from family and friends!
