Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can 15 oz mixed vegetables (drained)
  • 1 cup diced potatoes fresh or frozen
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked beef with mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer to baking dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
  6. Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot: Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
