- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can 15 oz mixed vegetables (drained)
- 1 cup diced potatoes fresh or frozen
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
