Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix the cooked beef with mixed vegetables, diced potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
