Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces high-protein pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method

Cooking Pasta
  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the high-protein pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing Garlic
  1. In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant but not burnt.
Making the Sauce
  1. Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir gently, allowing it to warm through. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until it melts and integrates into a creamy sauce.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the drained pasta back into the pot with the sauce. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Serving
  1. Dish out into bowls and sprinkle with fresh parsley for a vibrant touch. Serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, add a splash of cream to retain the creamy texture.
