  • 1 cup diced bell peppers Mixed colors for visual appeal.
  • ½ cup diced onions Adds flavor.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup tomato sauce Base layer for the bake.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out your prepared pizza dough on a floured surface, then place it into a greased baking dish.
  3. Pour the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
  4. Spoon the cottage cheese over the sauce, ensuring it's well covered.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese, followed by halal pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and onions.
  6. Season with Italian seasoning.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
