Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out your prepared pizza dough on a floured surface, then place it into a greased baking dish.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, spreading it evenly with a spoon.
- Spoon the cottage cheese over the sauce, ensuring it's well covered.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese, followed by halal pepperoni, diced bell peppers, and onions.
- Season with Italian seasoning.
Baking
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
