- Gradually pour in the almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure there are no clumps.
- Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. You'll notice the chia seeds start to absorb the liquid and thicken.
- Transfer the pudding to individual serving cups or a covered container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until it reaches a thick and creamy consistency.
- Once chilled, give the pudding a good stir before serving. Top with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of honey!
Notes
For a tropical twist, try using coconut milk! Storage: This pudding can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and can be frozen for later use.
