  • 2 large carrots, cut into sticks Fresh carrots for crunch
  • 2 medium apples, sliced For a sweet contrast

Dips and Spreads
  • 1 cup hummus Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or flavored
  • ½ cup peanut butter or any nut butter of your choice
Toppings
  • ½ cup granola For topping yogurt
  • 2-4 cakes rice cakes, plain or lightly salted Base for spreads

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and peeling the carrots, then slice them into sticks.
  2. Next, wash and slice the apples into wedges.
Setup
  1. On a large platter, arrange the carrot sticks, apple slices, and rice cakes.
  2. Place the hummus in a small bowl and add it to the platter. Repeat this with the Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
Finishing Touches
  1. Spread the sliced avocado on your rice cakes and sprinkle with a pinch of salt or sesame seeds, if desired.
  2. If using Greek yogurt, generously top it with granola for a crunchy finish.
