- Gather your ingredients: Select your favorite fruit juice.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fruit juice with 1 cup of yogurt or coconut milk. Stir until well blended. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Toss in the chopped fruits of your choice for added crunch and variety.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer.
- Allow the pops to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Serving
- To release the pops, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
- Serve immediately or transfer to a sealed container for storage.
Notes
Store the pops in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles for best texture. Thaw briefly before enjoying.
