  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional, to taste for added sweetness.

  • 1 cup chopped fruits (like strawberries, mangoes, or blueberries) For added texture.

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: Select your favorite fruit juice.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fruit juice with 1 cup of yogurt or coconut milk. Stir until well blended. Add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Toss in the chopped fruits of your choice for added crunch and variety.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks into each mold and place them in the freezer.
  6. Allow the pops to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
Serving
  1. To release the pops, run them under warm water for a few seconds.
  2. Serve immediately or transfer to a sealed container for storage.

Notes

Store the pops in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles for best texture. Thaw briefly before enjoying.
