Ingredients
  

  • For the Wraps
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Ranch Dressing
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Grill the Chicken
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • Step 2: Make the Ranch Dressing
  • In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Wraps
  • Spread a layer of ranch dressing on each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, shredded cheese, and grilled chicken strips.
  • Step 4: Roll and Serve
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for on-the-go meals.
