- Gather Your Ingredients: Start by measuring out all of your ingredients to make the process easier.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla extract. Whisk them together until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Slowly add the almond flour and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Stir well until everything is combined and you have a dough-like texture.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the dark chocolate chips to get that decadent taste.
- Spread the Mixture: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal. Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly in the dish. You can use a spatula to ensure it’s smooth on top.
- Chill: Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the bark to set properly.

Notes
