Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs (if using), minced garlic, Caesar dressing, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are fully cooked.
Assembly
- To assemble, place each patty on a whole grain burger bun. Top with lettuce leaves and drizzle with additional Caesar dressing as desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure patties are cooked thoroughly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
