For the Chicken Patties
  • 1 pound ground chicken Use lean ground chicken for a healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds flavor and moisture to the patties.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs Optional for added texture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing For flavor and moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
For Serving
  • Lettuce leaves For serving.
  • Additional Caesar dressing For drizzling.
  • Whole grain burger buns For assembling the burgers.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, grated Parmesan, breadcrumbs (if using), minced garlic, Caesar dressing, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
Cooking
  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil to prevent sticking and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are fully cooked.
Assembly
  1. To assemble, place each patty on a whole grain burger bun. Top with lettuce leaves and drizzle with additional Caesar dressing as desired.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use a meat thermometer to ensure patties are cooked thoroughly. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
