Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook your pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, Greek yogurt, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish and spread the mixture evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, followed by breadcrumbs if you’re using them.
Baking
- Place in the oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat before serving.
