Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough’s instructions (usually around 425°F).
- Prepare your pizza dough by rolling it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle, about 12x10 inches.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over one half of the dough.
- Layer the pineapple chunks, mozzarella cheese, chopped cilantro, and sliced red onion on top of the BBQ sauce.
- Cut slits into the other half of the dough, creating about 1-inch strips.
- Fold the strips over the filling, alternating sides to create a braided effect.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
