Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Start by laying out a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
Melting Chocolate
- In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the white and dark chocolate chips. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, then continue heating in 15-second increments until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Dipping Pretzels
- Take a pretzel and dip it into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Then, place it on the parchment paper. Repeat this with all the pretzels.
Creating the Spider Web
- Once the white chocolate has hardened slightly, take the melted dark chocolate and pour it into a piping bag. Drizzle the dark chocolate over the white chocolate-dipped pretzels in a spiderweb pattern.
Adding Eyes
- If using candy eyes, place them on the pretzels before the dark chocolate sets to ensure they stick.
Cooling
- Let the chocolate harden completely, placing the tray in the refrigerator to speed up this process if desired.
Serving
- Once set, serve your spooky spider web pretzels at your next family gathering.
Notes
To keep your pretzels fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. If refrigerated, be aware that some texture may change. Best enjoyed at room temperature.
