  • 6 medium-sized potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter For creamy texture
  • 0.5 cup milk Adjust according to creamy preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and cube the potatoes into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Place the cubed potatoes into a large pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Boil over medium heat until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain the cooked potatoes and return them to the pot.
  5. Add butter, milk, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
  6. Lightly grease a skull mold or any fun mold, then scoop the mashed potatoes into the mold.
  7. Press gently to ensure the skulls hold their shape.
  8. Place molds in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to set.
  9. Carefully remove the potato skulls and serve on a platter, decorating with optional toppings.

Notes

For a twist, add garlic or cheese to the mashed potatoes. Use a potato ricer for ultra-smooth texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk or butter.
