Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese fresh herbs, or diced vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) so it's ready for baking.
  • Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • Form the Bites: Using your hands, shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  • Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Place the formed bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they’re spaced out to allow even cooking.
  • Bake: Pop them in the oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping. If you opt for additional toppings, sprinkle them on right before serving!
