Ingredients
  

  • 12 cups popped popcorn about 1/2 cup unpopped kernels
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips or melts
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil or vegetable shortening optional, for melting
  • 1/4 cup red heart sprinkles or candy hearts
  • 1/4 cup festive holiday sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • **Pop the Popcorn:** Prepare the popcorn according to package directions or using an air popper. Remove any unpopped kernels and place the popcorn in a large mixing bowl.
  • **Melt the Green Candy Melts:** In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt the green candy melts with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (if using). Stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • **Coat the Popcorn:** Pour the melted green candy over the popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • **Spread on a Baking Sheet:** Transfer the coated popcorn to a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it out into a single layer.
  • **Melt the White Chocolate:** Melt the white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the popcorn.
  • **Add Sprinkles:** While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the red heart candies and holiday sprinkles over the popcorn.
  • **Let It Set:** Allow the popcorn to sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
  • **Serve or Store:** Break the popcorn into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
