Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Grilling
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the reserved marinade over the chicken to create a glaze.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, marinate overnight. Serve with side dishes like mixed greens or quinoa salad. Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it juicy.
