Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the chicken.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the chicken on the grill.
  3. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the reserved marinade over the chicken to create a glaze.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight. Serve with side dishes like mixed greens or quinoa salad. Avoid overcooking the chicken to keep it juicy.
