Ingredients
  

For the Grilled Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Peach Chipotle Sauce
  • 2 pieces ripe peaches, diced
  • 1 piece canned chipotle pepper in adobo sauce adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
To Garnish
  • to taste Fresh cilantro optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is marinating, combine diced peaches, chipotle pepper, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. In the last few minutes of grilling, baste the chicken with the peach chipotle sauce.
  4. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve the remaining sauce on the side.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for deeper flavor. Monitor cooking to achieve the desired char without burning. Customize the sauce according to your taste preferences.
