  • 8 pieces Beef franks Ensure they are Halal-certified.
  • 8 pieces Hot dog buns
Toppings
  • to taste Ketchup
  • to taste Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Onions, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Relish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Take the beef franks out of the packaging and make a few diagonal slashes on each to help them cook and get grill marks.
Grilling
  1. Place the beef franks on the grill in a single layer and grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. In the last minute, place the hot dog buns on the grill to warm them up, taking only about 1-2 minutes.
Serving
  1. Once grilled, place each frank in a bun and add desired toppings such as ketchup, mustard, onions, and relish.

Notes

Leftover grilled beef franks can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet or microwave as needed.
