Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Take the beef franks out of the packaging and make a few diagonal slashes on each to help them cook and get grill marks.
Grilling
- Place the beef franks on the grill in a single layer and grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- In the last minute, place the hot dog buns on the grill to warm them up, taking only about 1-2 minutes.
Serving
- Once grilled, place each frank in a bun and add desired toppings such as ketchup, mustard, onions, and relish.
Notes
Leftover grilled beef franks can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in a skillet or microwave as needed.
