- Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to chill.
- After chilling, use your hands to form small balls—about the size of a tablespoon—until all the mixture is rolled into bites.
- Place your bites in an airtight container and keep them in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy them.
Notes
These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to a week and frozen for up to a month. Let them sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving to regain their chewy texture.
