Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients by measuring them out for a smooth process.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl or a mason jar, combine the olive oil and vinegar.

  4. Sprinkle in a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper, then stir or shake well.

  6. Refrigerate the dressing for about 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a citrusy twist, substitute vinegar with fresh lemon juice. This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week in an airtight container. Shake before use if thickened.
