Pizza Base
  • 1 unit pre-made pizza dough
Toppings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head garlic, roasted See notes for roasting method
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, washed and chopped Fresh spinach is preferred
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, aiming for about 12 inches in diameter.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a floured pizza stone or baking sheet. Brush it with olive oil.
  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves from their skins and mash them into a paste. Spread over the pizza dough.
  5. Evenly distribute the chopped spinach over the garlic spread.
  6. Sprinkle crumbled feta, followed by shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan on top.
  7. Add salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of dried oregano.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  2. Let the pizza cool slightly, slice it up, and enjoy.

Notes

For perfecting the pizza, consider substituting with whole wheat dough or ensure garlic is roasted in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days.
