Preparation
- Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper to form a marinade.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to a couple of hours in the fridge.
- While marinating, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Place the marinated tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the chicken is baking, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chopped parsley in a small bowl for the dipping sauce.
- Once the tenders are ready, remove them from the oven and let rest for a minute before serving.
- Serve hot with the yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider marinating longer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for best results.
