Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and 1 egg. Mix until well combined, then pour this batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan and spread it evenly.
Filling Preparation
- In another mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add in the remaining 3 eggs, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until the batter is smooth and creamy.
- Carefully pour the creamy filling mixture over the cake base in the baking pan.
Baking
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until the top is set but the center is still gooey.
Serving
- Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature with your favorite toppings!
Notes
