Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, mix the warm water and olive oil. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Stir in the minced garlic and chopped rosemary. Mix until just combined; don't overmix to keep those muffins fluffy.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the batter.
- Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the batter for an extra flavor bomb, if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days or frozen for up to 2 months. To reheat, microwave for 20 seconds or warm in the oven at 350°F.
