  • 4-6 pieces fresh figs, sliced (or dried figs)
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  1. Slice the figs into thin pieces and set them aside. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the fresh goat cheese with a fork until creamy and smooth. If desired, mix in a pinch of salt and some black pepper.
  3. Spread the cheesed mixture evenly onto a serving platter or individual plates, creating a slight well in the center.
  4. Drizzle honey over the goat cheese, letting it flow into the well. Arrange the sliced figs on top, followed by a generous sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the dish, then add an extra pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.
  6. Serve immediately, allowing everyone to enjoy the textures and flavors at their peak.
