Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms—don’t overmix!
- Scoop out portions of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) and shape them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a ziplock bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes before serving.
