Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour Ensure it's a blend suitable for baking.
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder Use fresh for best results.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Regular table salt.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup For sweetness.
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (like almond or soy)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture. Stir until a soft dough forms—don’t overmix!
  5. Scoop out portions of dough (about 2 tablespoons each) and shape them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each roll.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Leftover rolls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a ziplock bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes before serving.
