Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour in the olive oil and gradually add the water. Stir until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
- Dust your work surface with a little more gluten-free flour. Form the dough into a long baguette shape, about 12 inches long.
Baking
- Place the shaped dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy it fresh or toasted!
Notes
For the best results, use a gluten-free flour blend that contains xanthan gum and avoid overmixing the dough.
