Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and gradually add the water. Stir until a dough forms. It should be slightly sticky but manageable.
  4. Dust your work surface with a little more gluten-free flour. Form the dough into a long baguette shape, about 12 inches long.
Baking
  1. Place the shaped dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
  3. Allow it to cool for a few minutes on a wire rack before slicing. Enjoy it fresh or toasted!

Notes

For the best results, use a gluten-free flour blend that contains xanthan gum and avoid overmixing the dough.
