- Drizzle in the olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix everything together until well-combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with a refreshing side salad or roasted veggies. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
