  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Keeps the casserole moist.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked gluten-free pasta, shredded cooked chicken, buffalo sauce, dairy-free cheese shreds, chopped celery, and chopped green onions.
  3. Drizzle in the olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix everything together until well-combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a refreshing side salad or roasted veggies. Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
