Prepare the Juice: In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of your chosen fruit juice until it's hot but not boiling.
Add the Gelatin: Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin powder over the hot juice. Stir until it's completely dissolved.
Combine with Remaining Juice: In a bowl, mix the remaining fruit juice and sugar—if you’d like extra sweetness. Stir to combine.
Mix It All Together: Pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into the juice bowl and stir gently.
Mold the Dessert: Transfer the mixture into your desired mold or serving dish.
Add Fruits (Optional): If you want to include bits of fresh fruit, distribute them evenly across the mixture.
Chill to Set: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until it's fully set.
Serve and Enjoy: Once set, you can easily run warm water around the outside of the mold to help release the dessert. Invert it onto a plate and watch it jiggle!
