Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Toss until fully coated.
  3. Spread the shrimp evenly in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
  2. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.
  3. Serve with your choice of pasta, bread, or a side salad.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat gently in the oven to avoid rubberiness.
