  1. Start by mincing the garlic cloves finely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir until well blended.
  3. Slowly incorporate your minced garlic, mixing it thoroughly into the mayonnaise blend.
  4. Sprinkle in the salt and black pepper to enhance the flavor, adjusting to taste.
  5. Fold in the fresh parsley.
  6. For best results, let the sauce chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. You can also freeze it, but it's best enjoyed fresh. Reheat gently in the microwave if needed. Greek yogurt can be used instead of mayonnaise for a lighter version.
