Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the broccolini under cold water and pat it dry with a clean kitchen towel. Trim the ends to ensure even cooking.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccolini with olive oil, sliced garlic, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned broccolini out in a single layer on a baking sheet, leaving space between each stalk.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 15-20 minutes, or until the broccolini is tender and the tips are crispy.
- Remove the roasted broccolini from the oven and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
Notes
To maintain crispy texture, reheat leftovers in the oven. Optional toppings include toasted nuts or Parmesan cheese.
