  • 1 package Ritz crackers Use original Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Melted butter enhances flavor
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust based on personal preference
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Optional for added flavor
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference
  • to taste Freshly cracked black pepper Optional for added seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix it well until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the sheet. Use a brush or spoon to generously coat each cracker with the garlic mixture.
Cooking
  1. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are lightly golden and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
  2. Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. They will usually stay fresh for about 3-5 days. You can freeze the unbaked coated crackers and bake them fresh when needed.
