Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix it well until all the ingredients are fully integrated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the Ritz crackers in a single layer on the sheet. Use a brush or spoon to generously coat each cracker with the garlic mixture.
Cooking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crackers are lightly golden and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning!
- Once out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature. They will usually stay fresh for about 3-5 days. You can freeze the unbaked coated crackers and bake them fresh when needed.
