- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, pat the chicken dry before seasoning to achieve crispy skin. You can swap Parmesan for Grana Padano for a Halal-friendly option. Allow chicken to rest for 5-10 minutes after baking for juicy meat.
