  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • **Preheat the Oven:**
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a small amount of melted butter.
  • **Prepare the Shrimp:**
  • Place the shrimp in the prepared baking dish in a single layer.
  • **Make the Garlic Butter:**
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Pour the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  • **Prepare the Topping:**
  • In another bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the shrimp.
  • **Bake the Shrimp:**
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque and the topping is golden brown.
