Ingredients
  

For the Cruffins
  • 1 package croissant dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the croissant dough onto a lightly floured surface, separating each piece into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Assembly
  1. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously onto each triangle of croissant dough.
  2. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and parsley evenly over the buttered dough.
  3. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, creating a cylinder.
  4. Twist the cylinder slightly to create the cruffin shape.
  5. Place each cruffin into a greased muffin tin.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  2. Let the cruffins cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
