Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, oregano, and thyme on both sides. Rub each piece with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until fully combined.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts into a baking dish. Pour the garlic cream sauce evenly over the chicken.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is bubbling.
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes after removing from the oven and sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
For a lighter version, replace heavy cream with Greek yogurt or a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C).
