- Start by toasting your bread slices until they’re golden brown and crispy. This should take about 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Set aside once done.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the ground or sliced beef. Cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- After the beef is fully cooked, stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Lower the heat and pour in the cream. Stir gently and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the creamy garlic beef mixture generously over the toasted bread slices.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a touch of color and serve immediately while it’s hot.
Notes
Be cautious of overcooking the garlic to avoid bitterness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of cream if necessary.
