Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 500 g Beef (sliced or ground) Ensure beef is Halal.
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Cream (heavy or cooking cream) Use heavy cream for richness.
  • 4 slices Bread (preferably thick-cut for toasting)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by toasting your bread slices until they’re golden brown and crispy. This should take about 4-5 minutes on medium heat. Set aside once done.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, add the ground or sliced beef. Cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. After the beef is fully cooked, stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until fragrant.
  4. Lower the heat and pour in the cream. Stir gently and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Spoon the creamy garlic beef mixture generously over the toasted bread slices.
  6. Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a touch of color and serve immediately while it’s hot.

Notes

Be cautious of overcooking the garlic to avoid bitterness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove, adding a splash of cream if necessary.
